Trump's Family Member Gets Expert Tips from Tiger Woods Before Professional Golf First Appearance

Young golfer preparing for major tournament

This young athlete has considerable online presence

Kai Trump will have numerous high-profile cheerleaders when she begins her LPGA debut on Thursday.

The 18-year-old athlete, who happens to be related to Donald Trump, obtained a sponsor's invitation to participate at the Annika tournament in the Sunshine State.

Her grandfather, a passionate golfer, possesses several international courses and regularly competes against Kai.

"He's fairly competent. I can't reveal details but we play some close matches," she mentioned.

She mentioned that her grandfather, who won't be present, counseled her: "Just don't get nervous."

"My grandpa essentially suggested to compete and have fun," she continued.

"In my eyes, he's just a regular grandfather. He can't make it for the tournament. He's focused on world affairs, making him quite busy."

As an amateur, Kai has competed in a mere three competitions recently and has ranking 461 in AJGA standings.

However she's able to seek guidance from golf legend, who is dating Vanessa.

"He is the top athlete globally," the young golfer said.

"Furthermore, he's an even better person. He suggested me to go out there, have fun, following whatever happens."

She'll challenge some of most prominent players in professional golf at this tournament, such as second-ranked the champion, British Charley Hull, Lexi Thompson and 2023 champion Lilia Vu.

Tournament organizers commented that involving Kai exposes golf to wider groups, specifically with the next generation.

The young star boasts substantial online presence and just introduced an exclusive apparel and wellness label.

She begins at 17:30 GMT.
